Some Lucky Monkey Tattoo artists will tattoo minors ages 16 and 17 with parental consent and the following:

1. A copy of the minor's birth certificate

​

2. A parent present

​

3. Photo IDS for both the minor and the parent that is present.

 

Artists that currently tattoo minors are Casey O'Ryan, DJ, Jake Munro and Brandon Hammell.
